Haben das Taxi online gebucht. Nach Ankunft in London meldete sich der Fahrer direkt per Handy wo wir abgeholt werden. Der VW Bus war im sper Zustand, der Fahrer sehr freundlich und ist gut gefahren. Auch die Rückfahrt verlief super.

Driver was prompt and spoke good English, his car was Mercedes-Benz but he charge 41pounds from Heathrow to Novotel London Waterloo hotel. Reasonable prices, He helped with our cases Overall happy with the service and will use again next year

We were met at the Gatwick by a very smartly dressed driver who helped with our cases and took us to a very nice Mercedes estate, he informed us of how long the journey should take and despite heave traffic we arrived at Heathrow well within the time to ensure we caught our flight to Scotland. The driver new all the roads very well and ensured that we took the quickest roads to our destination. My flight was slightly delayed (25 min) and driver didn't wait or even call or send a text message. I had to call the office and they located the driver who called me back and advised that he is not there and asked to wait 30 more minutes. I had to find another means of transport around midnight in Standted airport. Disappointed.
